I have always been abundantly blessed. And yet, I have struggled with mental health since childhood. After significant mental health and spiritual interventions (shout out to mindfulness, meditation, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy), I have moved from struggling to surviving, surviving to thriving, and from the mundane to magic. I am honored to share my years of personal, academic, and professional knowledge, experiences, and empathy to help you do the same.

The equitable, sustainable, and loving change we want for the world will begin with communities. And the change we crave in our communities starts with individuals. I hope to help individuals harness their Highest selves so that together we can create the world of our dreams.

The most important thing I want you to know about me is that I love you. I love every version of you that has ever existed and ever will. I love the parts of you that you love and share and those you do not. I love you because you are Divine, always.

My purpose is to remind you of your divinity. All that exists has been created by the Divine and is made of the Divine. Thus, we are all connected. We are Divine. We are limitless.
Light, Shadow, and Love:
Darkness exists, but light and love persist within and throughout. The brightest light emerges from the darkest night, and we need light and shadow to sparkle. Whatever arises–light, dark, love, hate, joy, pain–is Divine, positively transformative, and worthy of love.
I aim to be so accepting, embracing, and loving of whatever arises in me, that others may accept, embrace, and love whatever arises in them. May we all be so accepting, embracing, and loving of whatever arises in us, that we may accept, embrace, and love whatever arises in others.
